Powers, abilities and special traits:
Plasmakinesis: Azula has the mutant power to generate and control searing-hot plasma energy. It is powerful enough to be used as a propellant for flight. This is the secret behind her blue "firebending" - she disguises the truth of it so as to avoid persecution from her own father who despises mutants.
Genius-level intelligence: Azula possesses one of the most brilliant minds in the Fire Nation, if not the world itself. She uses this to plan elaborate schemes and operations, always a hundred steps ahead of her unwilling pawns.
Exceptional agility and physical strength: Azula is amazingly agile, able to use acrobatic techniques in battle for offense and defense, and even scale sheer smooth walls simply by running up them. Due to constant training in pursuit of "perfection", she has developed her physical strength to staggering levels - she enjoys showing off, for example, by doing vertical pushups with one finger. Her blows can drop even the most formidable opponents.
Empathy: Using a limited form of telepathy, Azula can read people's feelings and emotions - labelling herself a "people person" because of this. However, the power is sometimes unreliable, unless she concentrates on a single individual she recieves irritating "static" from other people.
